Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the programme, including programme management and operation as well as admission and promotion
- Carry out various programme administrative tasks such as promotion, timetabling, scheduling programme courses and seminars and other teaching and learning activities, and other tasks pertaining to course operations
- Coordinate administrative processes for course arrangement, examinations, student activities, course evaluations, and events
- Handle purchases, reimbursement, payments and other financial and budgeting matters
- Liaise with internal and external parties
- Handle quality assurance related matters such as secretary duties related to various committees
- Prepare annual programme report and other required reports as well as data reporting to various units of the university
- Lead programme team members for overall programme management and smooth operation
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- High level of competence in computer literacy
- Good team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and is willing to go the extra mile to complete tasks before deadlines
- Willingness to assume various responsibilities with a passionate attitude
- Proactive mindset and strong analytical ability to carry out duties independently and efficiently with minimum supervision

Appointment
