Location: Saïd Business School, Park End Street, Oxford

Salary: Grade 5: £32,108 - £37,338 per annum including the Oxford University Weighting of £1,730 per annum

Permanent, full time (36.5 hours per week)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Teaching Materials Administrator to join our dynamic Programme Teaching Materials team and support the delivery of digital learning resources across a portfolio of programmes. Reporting to the Programme Teaching Materials Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering digital teaching materials, including virtual learning environments and reading lists.

Working closely with faculty, programme teams and digital specialists, you will ensure that students have seamless access to high-quality, accessible and engaging learning materials. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and quality assure virtual learning environments for programmes
  • Support the production and delivery of digital teaching materials and multimedia content
  • Work closely with faculty to understand requirements for teaching materials
  • Manage procurement of digital resources, including licences and permissions
  • Support students in accessing and using digital learning tools and software

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt your approach to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be highly organised and proactive, with excellent time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Technically confident, you will be comfortable using and quickly learning new systems and technologies.
