Project Manager - Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
Job Summary
The Project Manager - (QEP) will lead Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) programs and initiatives, overseeing project progress and goal achievement aligned with Georgia Southern University's QEP focused on career readiness.
Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership for QEP programs and activities by establishing goals and monitoring progress to ensure successful completion
- Coordinate marketing and communications associated with the QEP in partnership with University Communications and Marketing
- Coordinate with OCPD Director of Operations to research and implement third-party products in support of the QEP
- Collaborate with OCPD Assessment Specialist to use collected data and analytics to complete QEP assessment/outcomes requirements
- Develop and deliver progress reports on QEP implementation, participation, and assessment
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
- Three (3) or more years of related work experience in project management, marketing, or communications
Proposed Salary
$52,000
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.

- Broad working knowledge of and experience with software used for graphic design (Adobe Suite), website content management, and project management
SKILLS
- Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills
- Proficiency on all social media platforms
