Property Manager
Assist university clients with development of strategies to fulfill real estate needs and provide support to the Director of Real Estate in all aspects of property management for properties within PAREs property management portfolio and other properties as needed. The Property Management Coordinator will support scoping, contracting and negotiation of service level contracts and tracking schedule and budget for maintenance, renovation and other projects as needed. This position may also serve as a project coordinator/support on acquisition, disposition, lease, and other real estate projects. This position may assist in the development and maintenance of real estate operational processes and work on special projects as assigned.
Skills/Experience
Education:
Bachelors degree and 4 years of relevant experience required in property management, facility management, real estate investment, business administration., and/or real estate law, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired:
Experience in property and facilities management; Proven ability to scope and negotiate service contracts; Broad familiarity with and experience in a wide array of real estate financial transactions including capital planning, budgeting and financial reporting; Ability to work independently; Process oriented and meticulous in approach to work; Strong communication and project management skills; Microsoft Office software proficiency.
ADD. DESIRED:
Experience with leasing, appraisal, and market analysis. Experience working in public sector, university or government organizations, specialized training from industry-oriented providers such as International Facility Management Association (IFMA), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), or Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA); accounting and/or development experience; security training; Real Estate License; legal training.

The target hiring range for this job profile is $75,700 - $98,900 annually. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
