Provide office support at the LPC Document Services office. This includes answering phones, assigning tasks to delivery clerks, entering data into department database, running various reports, providing service and supplies to copiers as needed.What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from our department e-mail box assign tasks to clerks.
- Enter data and pull reports from the department PhotoApp database
- Provide support to copier fleet
- Inventory Control
What You'll Need:
- HS Diploma required.
- Proficient in excel.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Lift 50 pounds. Able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $14.90/hr to $17.95/hr. The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
