Responsibilities
- Monitor test candidates in the Professional Testing lab.
- Pass multiple proctoring certification exams and maintain up-to-date proctoring credentials for each test vendor.
- Troubleshoot minor computer-based exam technical issues.
- Ensure the integrity of the testing process.
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the testing room and proctoring area.
- Follow detailed security measures for providing high stakes exams.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills and maintain good working relationships with coworkers and test candidates.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications.

Position Details, Compensation and Benefits
Part-time hourly staff (overtime-eligible) position, working up to 29 hours per week. Hourly rate of $15/hr.
