Publishing Finance Administrator

About the role
Bodleian Library Publishing is a recognised leader in cultural publishing, bringing Oxford’s rich library collections to readers worldwide with a diverse, innovative list of illustrated and non-illustrated trade titles.
This post has primary responsibility for raising and receipting Purchase Orders on Oracle Financials, generating financial reports and royalty statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic publishing team working with Oxford’s world-class library collections, nested in the historic heart of the University.
This is a permanent, part-time post, working 21.9 hours per week.
This post is primarily onsite-based, with potential for hybrid working in due course.

About You
You will have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will have experience of managing financial data, ideally in a finance setting, and will be highly numerate with strong attention to detail. Previous experience of using Oracle would be advantageous.
