Recruitment and Community Engagement Student Assistant - Federal Work Study
Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Recruitment and Community Engagement department on the Dahlonega campus. The Recruitment and Community Engagement Student Assistant will support the Director of Recruitment by preparing materials for events, packing supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with recruitment logistics. Responsibilities include helping maintain the recruitment calendar, supporting campus group visits such as TAP (Teaching as a Profession) and FGE Days, and assisting with taking photos at events. The student will also help track participation data, organize recruitment materials, assist with basic office tasks, and support outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by preparing materials, packing supplies, and maintaining inventory for outreach events and campus visits.
- Assist with managing recruitment calendars, organizing event logistics, and supporting group visits such as TAP (Teaching as a Profession) and FGE Days.
- Responsibilities also include setting up and breaking down recruitment displays, tracking participation data, organizing storage areas, and assisting with general office tasks.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to interact professionally with prospective students, families, and campus partners.
