"Recycling Truck Driver"

The primary purpose of this position is to complete the sanitation and recycling route, assist crew in correcting dumpster overflow issues, provide customer service, operate trash/recycling trucks and other fleet vehicles, perform basic maintenance, practice safe working habits, and assist in special events with trash/recycling assistance. Assist with Surplus property pickups across campus and assist with Surplus Sale duties.

This position is mandatory as defined in the Adverse Weather and Emergency Event Policy.

Minimum Qualifications:

DEMONSTRATED POSSESSION OF THE COMPETENCIES NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK. REQUIRES APPROPRIATE LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS TO OPERATE ASSIGNED TYPES OF VEHICLES OR EQUIPMENT.
