Organization Profile: National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, earlier known as Regional Institute of Technology was established on 15th August 1960 as a joint venture of Government of India and the Government of Bihar in the chain of REC’s (Regional Engineering College) in India with the aim to generate technical graduates of highest standards who could provide technological leadership to the region. It was among the first eight Regional Engineering Colleges (RECs) established as part of the Second Five-Year Plan (1956 – 1961).

Research Position: Research Assistant

Department: Department of HSSM

Title of the Project: Identifying the role of women leaders and experiences of Women Beneficiaries of the Innovator Driven sustainable healthcare system through PM-JAY: “A study of selected districts of Jharkhand’

Essential Qualification: M.A. in Economics/ M.B.A. with minimum 60% marks (or 7.0 CGPA on a ten-point scale)

Project Duration: The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Appointment will be for 11 Months or terminated earlier based on the performance and project fund availability

Fellowship: Rs. 20,000/- per month
