Research Assistant specializing in the study of the structure, conformational dynamics, and functions of protein complexes and protein-nucleic acid complexes using structural mass spectrometry and related structural and structural-analytical methods.

Qualifications
A proven track record of publications in the field in international peer-reviewed journals. The candidate must be able to teach in both Czech and English. Teaching responsibilities will include acting as course coordinator and contributing to the teaching of the lecture ‘Modern methods in protein research’, as well as contributing to the teaching of the lecture ‘Proteomics and methods for studying the primary structure of biopolymers’. A Ph.D. degree is required, along with experience in research and teaching abroad and at least 10 years’ experience in research on the structure, dynamics, and function of proteins using structural-analytical methods.
