A Leverhulme Trust-funded Postdoctoral Research Associate position with Prof David J. Procter is available for 36 months and will involve the development of new SmI2-photocatalytic processes. An outstanding and ambitious synthetic organic chemist is required, preferably with experience in method development and target synthesis. You should be capable of working under your own initiative and leading a research team, so excellent communication and organisational skills are also required. You should have, or be working towards, a PhD in synthetic organic chemistry.
