This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Depression Research Centre at the Warneford Hospital, which provides research-informed clinical assessments and delivers a portfolio of clinical research studies.

About the Role
The post is funded until 31st January 2028 and is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital.
You will support the day-to-day running of the clinic, including administrative support for clinic activity, liaison with research participants, and coordination with clinicians and researchers. You will act as a key point of contact for research participants, responding to enquiries professionally and sensitively, and supporting communication between participants, clinicians and researchers. You will coordinate clinic appointments, assessments and study visits, including scheduling, room bookings and preparation of documentation.
About You
You will have excellent administrative and organizational skills, with experience of managing multiple administrative duties within academic, clinical, or research environments. You will have an experience of supporting research activity, including participant recruitment, screening, data collection, and/or participant-facing work. An experience of working with people with lived experience of mental health conditions is desirable.
