The technician will also need to independently problem solve to deal with infrequent or unusual issues that may arise. The research technician will be expected to work independently to solve problems based on established protocols and precedent established in the research group. Travel may be required to site locations. The individual must be able to lift 50 pounds and work outside in all weather conditions.
