Research Specialist

Position Summary

The Bilingual Ready, Set, Baby Facilitator will serve as primary educator and facilitator for both Spanish and English live prenatal classes of Ready, Set, Baby. Precept and train lactation consultant training program students on the use of Ready, Set Baby live. Assist CGBI team with translations/back translations of RSB curriculum, flip chart and patient education booklet each time there is updated information. Must have the ability to complete objective evaluations of student performance via Qualtrics surveys.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a discipline related to the field assigned and one year of related training or experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Management Preferences

• Ability to speak Spanish fluently, translate and back translate documents in English and Spanish.
• Active credential as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
• Experience as a prenatal educator.
• Formal certification in translation services.
