The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Position Type: Part-Time
The Framingham Heart Study (FHS) is seeking a qualified Research Study Coordinator (RSC) to oversee multiple ancillary studies being conducted with FHS volunteer participants. The RSC is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities to ensure that projects run smoothly. The RSC will program study forms and monitoring reports in the REDCap data management system. In addition, data quality and timeliness reports will be programmed using analytic software such as SAS and R. The coordinator will train and supervise research assistants to collect data in accordance with the study protocol and provide performance feedback on a regular basis. The RSC will organize weekly staff meetings and record minutes. Study investigators and managers will be kept apprised of study progress, on a regular basis, by the RSC. This position is in Framingham, MA. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of related experience, Master's preferred.
