The State University of New York (SUNY) college at Canton invites qualified applicants for a full-time Resident Life Director. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, high level of creativity, and the desire to take on challenging work in a fun, diverse, engaging, and ever-changing environment. This position requires extensive evening and weekend hours as well as regular emergency contact duties.

Salary: $51,261 - $55,000

Duties

• Responsible for managing and supervising a 100-300 bed residence hall.
• Community development.
• Coordination of student programming.
• Training/supervision of Resident Assistants.
• Conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent experience as a Resident Assistant.
