Revenue Operations Professional

Your future begins here - great benefits, great people. Join us today! The University at Buffalo Foundation (UBF) is searching for a Revenue Operations Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Process, record, and reconcile gift and pledges in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update donor biographical information in fundraising (Affinaquest) database as necessary
- Generate and distribute pledge reminders on a periodic basis
- Oversee and process matching gift claims
- Prepare and enter UBFs monthly recurring payroll deduction gifts
- Import daily philanthropic revenue into accounting system (AccuFund)
This position may also be asked to provide back-up responsibility for:
- Production, review and distribution of daily receipts for all gifts processed by UBF
- Entering service revenue into accounting system (AccuFund)

Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree desired.
- Experience using the mail merge function in Microsoft Word is desired.
- Experience with a fundraising database and/or web applications preferred.
Salary Range
$43,000 - $45,000
