About the role:
Operating within Future Students, the Sales & Conversion Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the sales and conversion operational plan for ACU programs. Lead by the Sales & Conversion Coordinator, this position will work collaboratively with the Future Students team to contribute to a positive team culture of customer service and performance excellence ensuring the needs of prospective students are at the centre of all activities. Utilising experience in student acquisition and conversion tactics, the Sales & Conversion Officer will be a dedicated resource to nurture prospective students through their enquiry, application and enrolment journey. The Officer will maintain a thorough understanding of the breadth and depth of university courses, application and enrolment processes, campus amenities and student services available to our national campus community. The role will support delivery of a high standard of customer service that communicates ACU's unique offering to prospective students to maximise applications and enrolments.
As this role has some involvement in Future Students programs flexibility with working hours is required to attend events and activities held outside standard business hours at offsite locations.

Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
