Description

The Department of Biology seeks a part time professor. The position will vary on how many classes will be taught per semester.

Education: Minimum of a master’s degree in a relevant subject, or a master’s degree in another discipline with 18 graduate hours in the relevant subject is required.

Experience: Previous college teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications: Advanced degree level and 1 year of lab experience required. Candidates with previous teaching experience will be given priority

Typical Duties: Teach a minimum of 4 hours per week, turn in timely grades and feedback to students, work with department chair to assess needs for syllabus and other teaching duties required.
