The University of Manchester - Cancer Origins Group
The Cancer Origins group studies how environmental exposures alter selection pressures in the lung to drive cancer using in vivo models, functional assays and single cell analysis. The aim of this post is to carry out research, develop projects and support the on-going research of the group. To support the efficient and effective day-to-day running and organisation of the laboratory, to ensure maintenance of equipment and supplies.
You should have a BSc in biological sciences or related subject or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in a research laboratory setting and in cancer biology is essential. Previous experience with in vivo models along with experience with cell culture is desirable but not essential.
