About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for leading and executing change and communication strategies for the Digital Products Centre of Enablement, driving university-wide transformations. This role manages service transitions, oversees incident communications, and ensures the sustainable adoption of new practices. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting the broader Change & Communications Practice within the Digital Products Portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver change management and communication services, including project governance, stakeholder management, change impact analysis, and communication planning
- Provide strategic advice and support for leaders on effective engagement and communication regarding upcoming changes
- Design and implement people adoption activities for new platforms, systems, and solutions, ensuring successful integration within the organisation
- Manage service requests, monitor change and communication performance, and support practice improvement and team collaboration within the Centre of Enablement
Who we are looking for
You will have strong expertise in stakeholder and change management, experience in Agile environments, and a background in strategic advice and senior executive support in complex organisations. You excel in developing communication strategies for internal engagement, managing multiple initiatives in agile settings, and leading change roles. Additionally we are looking for an extroverted individual that is confident in their skillset, proactive in stakeholder engagement, and possesses a strong, assertive approach.
You will also have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant significant experience and/or education and training
- At least 5 years’ experience in carrying out change management on digital initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce, or an equivalent CRM, will be highly regarded

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
