Job Summary/offer: The successful applicant will help set up an extension site for Poultry Medicine of the Vetmeduni Vienna at the HBLA Elmberg. Your responsibilities will include teaching and supervising theses, collaborating with practising veterinarians and other relevant stakeholders, conducting independent research projects and acquiring third-party funding.

Specific Requirements
- Completed degree in veterinary medicine (diploma or bachelor's + master's degree comprising 300 ECTS credits or equivalent degree in accordance with § 64/4 of the University Act.
- Holding a PhD/Doctorate degree.
- Experience in teaching.
- Experience in poultry medicine and communicating with farm owners.
- Peer-reviewed publication activity.
- Good written and spoken German (B2 level).
- Good written and spoken English (B2 level).
- Driving licence category B.
