- Remuneration: $161,241 to $168,919 pa (HEW9) (inclusive of $136,251 to $142,738 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Curriculum & Learning Designer to join Learning and Teaching Unit, Education Portfolio, Academic Division.
This Senior Curriculum and Learning Designer is responsible for enabling the agreed strategic faculty priorities for curriculum transformation to deliver high quality curriculum aligned with QUT’s Real World Learning vision and Quality Standards for Learning and Teaching. You will be an essential member of a Curriculum Design Studio team that supports faculties to design, develop and deliver transformative curriculum. You will use innovative pedagogical theory and practice and emerging technologies in the design, delivery and evaluation of course design and curriculum for on campus and digital learning environments to meet the needs of learners.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline area and extensive relevant experience.
- Proven success in leading whole of course/program design, which incorporates supporting curriculum accreditation and development for internal and online delivery.
- Ability to work across disciplinary boundaries including the ability to establish positive collaborative working relationships with a range of stakeholders to realise learning opportunities and whole of course curriculum change.
- Demonstrated leadership in implementing transformative institutional strategies and policies, and driving innovative, best practice teaching and learning across the institution.
- Demonstrated ability to realise value to stakeholders and students through strategic critical insights, data analysis, and design of evidence-based curriculum and learning design solutions.
- Highly developed interpersonal, team and stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively to positively influence learning and teaching practices
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous Australian engagement.
