Senior Organisational Development Consultant
- Seeking an experienced Senior OD Professional
- Fixed term (6 months) position based at our Hawthorn campus

About the Role
The Senior Organisational Development Consultant plays an important role in shaping Swinburne’s culture and capability, translating strategic priorities into reality. Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, this role contributes to a diverse portfolio of programs that drive employee engagement, leadership capability and meaningful cultural change across the University.
From university-wide induction and talent and performance management through to leadership development and learning programs, the Senior OD Consultant supports the delivery of critical organisational development initiatives. The role also oversees internal and external program partners, ensuring high-quality, consistent outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to shape how Swinburne works, leads and grows.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Under the broad direction from Manager OD, manage the delivery of approved Organisational Development programs and initiatives with support from the OD Team (ODT).
- Collaborate with the broader ODT, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, on the design and implementation of OD programs and initiatives that are aligned to strategic priorities and organisational requirements.
- Co-design and assist with development of Swinburne’s new Capability Frameworks as required.
- Work with the People & Culture Business Partnership team to identify organisational needs and capability gaps to inform OD program offerings.
- Provide leadership that supports a high performing team, including goal setting and performance reviews and providing guidance to staff in fundraising and external relations techniques.
- Support the implementation of our new Learning Management System (Workday) as required.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience, or extensive experience and management expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
