About the role:
Operating within the Office of the Major External Programs (Government), the Senior Program Manager plays a pivotal role leading the acceleration of ACU's precinct blueprint and implementation framework translating strategic intent into coordinated, deliverable programs that have measurable impact on shaping communities. The position will drive the project momentum from concept to execution and oversee sequencing, governance and delivery across complex, multiple stakeholder initiatives. With a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Program Manager develops senior internal and external relationships, shapes program architecture, implements strategy and ensures an alignment between policy objectives, funding frameworks and institutional priorities. Reporting to the Director, the senior program manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in influence-led environments balancing strategy, delivery and collaboration across academia, government, industry and community.

What we offer:

Total remuneration valued to $138,111 - $154,409 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $116,706 - $130,478 (pro rata) pa (HEW 8), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
