Your next career opportunity
You will join the Faculty of Science Research Office as Senior Research Partnerships Coordinator, operationalising strategies that grow primary industry research income and impact. You will provide expert pre-award support, streamline handovers to post-award teams, and lead Enterprise & Innovation activities while building trusted relationships across the University.
What you will deliver:
- Coordinate grant lifecycle and compliance: Provide authoritative pre-award support, costing and pricing advice, interpret sponsor guidelines, and ensure smooth transition to post-award management.
- Lead Enterprise & Innovation and Centres governance: Coordinate Ideas 2 Impact initiatives and support the setup, review and discontinuation of faculty University Centres and Institutes, including secretariat duties.
- Stakeholder engagement, training and communications: Build trusted relationships with academics and professional staff, develop training and FAQs, and maintain Faculty research web and intranet content.
- Data analysis and events coordination: Analyse research metrics and benchmarking for primary industries, and lead coordination of seminars, workshops and engagement events.
You may be a great fit if:
- You are experienced in research grant development and administration within universities or comparable research organisations.
- You possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a service orientated approach.
- You have proven project coordination experience and can manage competing priorities under pressure.
- You are adept at data interrogation and analysis to inform funding strategies and reporting.
- You are comfortable creating training materials and publishing content on web/intranet platforms.
