What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll use your business analyst skillset to lead the planning, enhancement, and operation of our financial systems, ensuring they’re robust, compliant, and future-ready. You’ll work closely with the Information and Digital Services team to drive innovation and improve workflows across the University.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Finance Systems Planning
• Managing changes and improvements to, and maintenance of the University’s Financial Systems:
• Serving as the primary contact for finance system-related inquiries, issue resolution and training
• Collaboration with IDS Division to deliver impactful outcomes
• Stakeholder engagement and people management

About You

You’re a confident communicator and strategic thinker, with the ability to lead projects, perform as a business analyst and coach others. You bring a strong customer focus, analytical mindset, and a passion for improving processes.

You’ll also bring:

• Professional qualifications (CPA, CA, CIA, CISA or equivalent)
• Highly developed analytical and business process improvement skills Expertise in project/change management, audit, and governance
• A commitment to continuous learning and development
• Experience with TechnologyOne Financial software (highly desirable)
