About The Role
We are seeking an experienced, Senior Technical Manager to lead a high-quality tissue processing and slide digitisation service, which is critical to the success of PharosAI. The post holder will need to plan and organise work schedules to ensure delivery times are met. You will line manage a team of technicians, encouraging scientific expertise, knowledge and professional development.
You will have well developed communication skills, with ability to provide detailed written and oral reports to the PharosAI executive, whilst also able to convey clear information to the more junior members of staff. This is a full time (35 Hours per week), and you will be initially offered on a fixed term contract until 31/03/2027.
