Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Service Experience Officer to join Student Administration, People Services, Administrative Division.
The Service Experience Officer plays a vital role in delivering high-quality and high-volume customer service and support to students, staff, and stakeholders. The Service Experience Officer is responsible for triaging and processing a range of Student Administrative services, providing accurate information and guidance, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma with at least two (2) years subsequent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire, interpret, apply and provide advice and guidance on legislation, policy, procedures and student administration operations.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team with the ability to use initiative and plan, organise and prioritise workloads in order to meet tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to use a large corporate computer system to input, access, extract and interpret data, as well as experience in using spreadsheets and other software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture that is committed to high quality client-focused service in a demanding and high paced environment and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to a large and diverse client and stakeholder group across organisational boundaries with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, including well developed written and interpersonal skills.
