Shoulder Surgeon, Clinical Assistant Professor, Orthopaedics
The Clinical Assistant Professor should be prepared to contribute to the academic and clinical missions of the department, participating in resident medical student, and undergraduate training and education. This university based full-time academic faculty position requires Level 1 general tauma call for damage control orthopaedics, supported by a group of subspecialists and three full-time traumatologists. Additional expectations include participation in resident/fellow didactics, and research mentorship for young learners.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MD or DO Degree (or foreign equivalent). Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopaedics. Fellowship training in Shoulder Surgery. Qualified for licensure in New York State.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Interest and aptitude in anatomic, reverse and revision Shoulder Arthroplasty.
