Leepfrog Technologies’ primary product is CourseLeaf, an academic operations platform that supports curriculum, catalog, scheduling, registration, and syllabi management. Over 500 colleges and universities and 5.5 million students are using CourseLeaf to thrive.

The Software Support Project Coordination Intern will work with our Software Support Department and will have an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing software support projects while developing technical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and coordination skills, be knowledgeable in software development, and have a passion for education and student success.

Duties:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking software support projects
  • Work closely with developers, technical support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution
  • Participate in a variety of planning and milestone meeting with Support staff
  • Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
  • Support CourseLeaf initiatives by understanding project requirements and collaborating with other departments on certain tasks
  • Utilize internal tools to track progress of projects and communicate statuses as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

The Software Support Project Coordination Intern position is considered sedentary and will use office equipment, phones, and computers. This position may be in an office or be work-from-home and at times be faced with interruptions.
