- Remuneration: $122,852 to $134,385pa (HEW7) (inclusive of $103,811 to $113,557 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Space, Logistics and Assets Coordinator to join Office of the Executive Dean, Faculty of Health.
The Space, Logistics and Assets Coordinator provides high level operational support to the Health Space, Logistics and Assets Team, and works closely with the Space, Logistics and Assets Manager to support academic and professional staff to facilitate the identification and planning of physical resources for research, teaching and learning needs. The position reports to the pace, Logistics and Assets Manager for career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of an degree qualification in conjunction with relevant work experience in a related role
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to develop constructive partnerships across organisational boundaries, including at a senior level.
- Well-developed problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify and analyse policies, procedures, and room/equipment utilisation data in pursuit of service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Well- developed written communication skills, with demonstrated ability prepare clear and concise reports, plans, procedure and process document to communicate with varied clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute ideas and/or concepts at both the operational and strategic level.
- Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety principles and evidence of the implementation of these policies.
