Remuneration: $95,981 to $108,257 pa. (HEW5) (inclusive $81,105 to $91,478 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Space, Logistics and Assets Support Officer to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Health.
The Space, Logistics and Assets Support Officer provides operational and administrative support to the Faculty of Health Space Logistics and Assets team, contributing to the effective delivery of space management, asset lifecycle management, and logistics services across the Faculty and its distributed sites. The role is central to ensuring that core systems, records, and processes are maintained accurately and consistently, supporting both day-to-day operations and broader faculty initiatives including audits, relocations, and infrastructure projects. Working in a highly service-oriented environment, the position liaises with a wide range of stakeholders—including academic staff, professional staff, technical teams, and external providers—to coordinate requests, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely and compliant outcomes. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes, systems, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, audit-readiness, and alignment with university policies and procedures.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including ability to effectively work with Microsoft suite of products as well as a range of corporate systems
- Proven ability to use initiative to solve problems, manage priorities to meet deadlines, and work productively within a team to support a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to extract and interpret data/information from a range of sources with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to liaise and communicate with a wide and diverse range of clients as the first point of contact.
