Specialist, AI Enablement

The Specialist, AI Enablement plays a key role in advancing ASUEP's mission to drive innovation and operational excellence through the responsible, practical adoption of artificial intelligence (AI). Situated within the Technology Operations & Service Excellence team, this role serves as a central connector between business stakeholders, Data Governance, central ASU partners, and technical teams-helping translate emerging AI capabilities into usable, value driven solutions.

This role blends service center execution with proactive enablement and communication. The Specialist supports AI requests, develops shared standards and processes for AI tool adoption, builds AI fluency across the organization, and helps ensure that AI use at ASUEP is compliant, ethical, and aligned with institutional priorities.
