"Sr. Custodian"

The goal of all EVS Aides is to provide a clean, comfortable and sanitary environment for patients, visitors and hospital staff, by following the EVS Seven-Step Cleaning methods. EVS Aides are expected to provide fast, efficient and high quality service to all patients, visitors, co-workers and other hospital staff.

• Remove linen and terry from patient rooms.
• Cleans patient rooms, both occupied and discharge.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Remove sharps containers from patient rooms.
• Clean nurses' station(s)
• Clean office areas and waiting rooms, restrooms, locker rooms and other public/staff areas as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
• Perform other tasks as assigned

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.

The salary range for this position is $25.62 - $34.53 (Hourly Rate).
