Job Summary:
This role involves managing various financial and accounting functions, including preparing and processing payments for utilities, taxes, payroll, and wire transfers. The position is responsible for executing the daily check run and supervising student workers who image financial documents. Additionally, the role supports the Controller in monitoring and tracking ISU-owned property and contributes to both month-end and year-end reporting processes. Responsibilities also include assisting with the preparation of financial statements and supporting the State Board of Accounts audit. The incumbent will compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data to maintain accurate accounting records.
