Staff - Pool Position

Educational and Experience Requirement

Less than a high school diploma with the ability to read and write.

Nature & Purpose of Position

Staff-Pool postings are temporary positions hired to assist university departments with immediate and short-term assignments. Staff-Pool hiring is based upon a need for additional staff at various times of the year. Sam Houston State University will accept applications from qualified applicants on a continual basis.

Primary Responsibilities

These assignments can include but not be limited to; clerical, technical, para-professional, skilled craft and service/maintenance occupational categories.
