Student Life
The Student Life Directorate delivers services and evidence-based programs for current students that aims to contribute to improved health and wellbeing; as well as supporting students to succeed in their higher education studies. The Directorate has three major teams focused on (1) Health and Wellbeing; (2) Students course advice, course progress and success; and (3) Student Experience and Student Voice. The Directorate focuses on taking a person-centred approach when engaging with students; collaboration across Schools and Directorates and continuous quality improvement to make a transformational and meaningful impact on students experience at University.
About the Opportunity
You will join a collaborative, student-focused team committed to enhancing the university experience. As a member you will be responsible for:
- Driving and operationalising student voice initiatives, including consultations, engagement activities, and feedback processes that shape meaningful change.
- Building and sustaining strong connections with students and stakeholders to deliver inclusive, high-impact engagement programs.
- Developing and delivering clear insights, communications, and project support that improve student belonging, retention, and overall experience.

- Your experience and success in supporting and delivering engagement or consultation programs, workshops, or projects that enhance participation, belonging, and overall experience.
- How you have made an impact and influenced outcomes through gathering, analysing, and communicating feedback to drive service improvements and informed decision-making.
- Your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to deliver inclusive engagement or consultation initiatives.
