Student Recruitment & Outreach Manager

What you would be doing

You will:

  • Lead the development and delivery of undergraduate recruitment strategy in line with the UCAS cycle
  • Plan and deliver recruitment activity, including open days, school visits, webinars and offer-holder events
  • Manage enquiries from prospective students, parents and advisers, providing expert guidance
  • Design and implement outreach campaigns to build and convert the applicant pipeline using CRM and marketing tools
  • Develop partnerships with schools, colleges and external organisations to widen participation
  • Analyse recruitment data and produce reports to inform strategy and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across teams including marketing, admissions, outreach and academic departments

What we are looking for

You will bring:

  • Experience in student recruitment, outreach or a related role
  • Strong understanding of the Higher Education sector and UCAS cycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to manage projects, events and competing priorities
  • Strong relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • A data-driven mindset, with ability to analyse insights and improve performance
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with strong organisational skills

This is a full time, fixed term position for 12 months based at South Kensington campus (hybrid).
