Student Recruitment Coordinator
Richmond University is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our small Student Recruitment team. The Student Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting all aspects of student recruitment, handling enquiries, and assisting in the planning and execution of recruitment activities and events.
This role will involve managing course and admissions enquiries across various channels, ensuring effective communication with prospective students and applicants. Additionally, the Student Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting conversion activity, in organising student recruitment events, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support for the university's broader marketing and recruitment efforts.
You will have strong communication, time management and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse audience, including those who do not have English as a first language. You will also have experience in managing multiple communication channels and be proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
