About the opportunity:

This is a back-end administration position that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be working within a small, supportive team where everyone pitches in to get the job done.

You must genuinely enjoy administration and thrive in a process-driven environment. The role is diverse and spans the full student lifecycle—from enrolment through to graduation—ensuring smooth and accurate execution of key processes.

A strong ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies is essential. Proficiency in spreadsheets—particularly Excel—is required, as the role involves running reports and extracting data.

If you're a team player who enjoys working across a varied workload and contributing to a high-functioning team, this could be the perfect fit.

  • Process student and administrative matters with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners
  • Undertake investigations into student-related issues and provide appropriate follow-up
  • Manage and process documentation in line with established procedures
  • Provide administrative support across Student Connect during peak periods, including orientation week, examinations, results processing, course completion, and graduations
  • Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of administrative processes
  • Collaborate with other Student Connect teams to meet processing deadlines and service standards
