Minimum Hiring Annual Salary: $52,612.00
Maximum Hiring Annual Salary: $56,821.00
To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus: 5 years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience. A combination of related education, on-the-job work experience, certifications and/or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position, may be considered.

Job Description
The Aims2UNC Student Success Coach provides appreciative advising and coaching to Aims2UNC students, focusing on academic advising, transition support, resource referrals, community building, and co-curricular programming for students transitioning from Aims Community College to University of Northern Colorado (UNC).
Academic Advising Programming - Community and Engagement:
- Plan/execute events for community building on Aims and UNC campuses
- Communicate via newsletter, D2L, text
- Update/maintain desk manual and resources
- Liaison with advising units at Aims, UNC, statewide
- Case management, outreach
- Assist retention strategies, transitions
- Collaborate on admissions/advising/recruiting
Academic Advising/Student Support:
- Advise on policies, degree alignment, progress monitoring
- Provide/refer info on programs/services
- Meet via various methods
- Manage caseload
- Process forms, document interactions
- Educate prospects/community
- Assess development, set goals
- Determine eligibility
- Use platforms like Workday, Banner, Navigate
- Teach registration, problem-solving, career planning
Aims2UNC Back-Up Program Support:
- Assist with manuals, resources, promotion
- Monitor progress/transitions
- Support assessment, data, alignment
- Educate prospects
- Coordinate projects, committees
Crisis Response:
- Serve as point person
- Meet referred students, problem-solve, refer resources
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Psychology, Sociology, Student Affairs or related + 2 years related experience (or equivalent)
- MS Office skills
- MVR/insurable for company vehicle
- Work evenings/weekends
- Commitment to diversity/equity/inclusion
- Time management, customer service
