Summer Honors Pine Valley Lead Counselor (Temporary / Summer 2026)

Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Temporary Summer Honors Pine Valley Lead Counselor. This position will work as honors camp counselor, schedule, plan, and orchestrate leadership training at Pine Valley, assist the Lead Counselor with academic mentoring, help build staff schedules, and other camp counselor duties.

Responsibilities

• Leadership training at Pine Valley.
• Planning for and serving as a climbing Guide at Mt. Yonah.
• Counselor duties: planning and hosting evening events and supervising free time.
• Planning and setting up Pine Valley.
• Other duties; errands and tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• One year experience as a Summer Honors Counselor or Assistant Counselor.
