The Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology at the Yale School of Medicine is currently seeking a board eligible/board certified or equivalent GI surgical oncologist with a focus on peritoneal surface malignancies, to join our comprehensive and growing team. Our division of surgical oncology currently has over 20 faculty members, with a vibrant clinical, research and educational portfolio. Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor of Surgery. Interests in translational research and/or clinical trials are attractive but not required for this position.

Primary responsibilities will include developing the peritoneal surface malignancy program with a focus on clinical trials. It is critical that the faculty member be collaborative in developing the program. In addition to clinical duties, our faculty members provide educational training to medical students and residents, and actively contribute to our research goals. Applicants should expect to work in a friendly environment with collegial and supportive administration. This position is an opportunity to join a growing faculty and build a robust practice in a thriving community in Connecticut.
