  • Monitor transactional workflows and data processing to ensure continuity of service.

Requirements, Configuration & Enhancements

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather, document, and refine system requirements and process improvements.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and implement enhancements, balancing platform capabilities, risk, and long-term maintainability.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, automations, validation rules, workflows, and related features; develop and support test plans, UAT, rollout, and post-deployment validation.

Collaboration & Release Support

  • Partner with developers and implementation teams to review designs, validate solutions, coordinate sandbox usage, and support deployments.
  • Support release readiness, post-release monitoring, and stabilization; communicate change impacts and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and functional specifications in alignment with SDLC practices to support auditability and operational continuity.
