Why Your Role Matters:
The Conduct & Integrity Office (CIO) plays an important role in supporting transparency, accountability and fairness across the university. A key part of this work is the enterprise-wide complaints case management system (CMS), which enables staff and students to submit reports and manage complaints in a secure and effective way.
As Systems and Reporting Analyst, you will support the management and continuous improvement of this system, helping ensure it is easy to use, reliable and aligned with university policies and regulatory requirements. You will also support the CIO through data analysis, reporting and insights that inform decision-making and improve processes.
This role brings together system administration, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the CMS operates effectively and continues to evolve to meet the needs of the university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and configuration of the complaints case management system to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Analyse and improve system workflows, intake forms and processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage system access, licences and security roles to ensure data security and integrity.
- Develop reports and dashboards using system reporting tools and platforms such as Power BI or SQL.
- Provide business analysis support to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support system updates, testing, training and implementation of new features.
- Provide support and guidance to system users across the university.
- Document processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented systems and data professional who enjoys solving problems and improving processes. You are comfortable working with both technical systems and people and can translate complex information into practical solutions and clear insights.
You bring:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in data analysis, business intelligence, systems administration or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise systems, databases or reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Experience supporting system implementation, testing and user training.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A methodical approach to work and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
