About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and success of technology projects which enrich the student learning experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in creating change management planning tools, including change canvases, impact assessments, and stakeholder matrices for various projects.
- Translate complex technical information into engaging content to foster awareness, acceptance, and adoption of changes among stakeholders.
- Deliver project communication materials, such as email updates, briefings, staff presentations, maintaining project websites, and newsletters.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for people who demonstrate a “Can do” attitude, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to convey information effectively and build rapport with stakeholders.
You will also have:
- A degree or equivalent qualifications in communications and/or change management.
- Demonstrated experience in working on IT or digital projects.
- Proven experience with various communication channels, both formal and informal, including digital platforms.
- In-depth understanding of technical projects.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
