- $123,044-$138,637+ 17% super + leave loading
The Founders Program helps all UNSW staff, students and alumni to build the capability, mindset and networks they need to create positive impact through entrepreneurship. This is achieved through delivering foundational entrepreneurship experiences, educating founders with knowledge on how to design and execute successful business models, and connecting entrepreneurs to the local and international innovation ecosystems.
The position of Community Manager will build on the reputation of UNSW as a leading university for entrepreneurship and has the potential to create a positive impact on thousands of students, inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs solving world problems. The role sits in Curiosity team of the UNSW Founders Program and delivers entrepreneurial skill building programs for all UNSW students, staff, researchers and alumni, as well as leading efforts to create new and engaging ways to support UNSW community to explore and engage with innovation and the startup ecosystem.

Who you are
You have a relevant qualification and or experience working within startup ecosystems and can demonstrate your deep understanding of entrepreneurship methodologies and lean startup processes to design and implement skill-building programs, as well as successfully building and managing communities in the innovation sector.
A proactive stance towards all tasks, problem-solving skills and a willingness to drive program improvement, as well as alignment with UNSW’s goals, values, and policies, and commitment to health & safety is essential.
