Faculty Administration Coordinator
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Faculty Administration Coordinator will keep them on their toes and provide them with a variety of tasks ranging from diary management, providing customer service to students, through to event management and booking travel.
The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to prioritise their workload and manage a number of diverse activities simultaneously, all while living to the culture and values of The University of Adelaide.

- Experience in providing high-level administration support to senior leaders.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver outcomes for stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty staff and visitors.
- Nurture and create trusting relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in providing diverse administration support across multiple functions.
- Driven and motivated to solve problems and take initiative to find ways to work effectively and efficiently.
- Experienced in travel management.
